GPS startar inte

Öppna iPhone-inställningarna för MusherTrack och tillåt exakt platsåtkomst. För registrering med låst skärm behöver appen platsåtkomst i bakgrunden.

Jag kan inte logga in

Kontrollera e-postadressen och använd länken Glömt lösenordet?. Om du nyss skapade kontot kan du behöva bekräfta e-postadressen först.

Hur fungerar Group Live?

Klubbmedlemmar kan välja en aktiv klubbgrupp direkt. Personer utanför klubben ansluter med gruppens kod. Du bestämmer själv när livepositionen startar och stoppar.

Hur raderar jag mitt konto?

Öppna Mer → Min profil → Radera konto i appen. Bekräfta med din e-postadress. Åtgärden är permanent.

Frequently asked questions

GPS does not start

Open iPhone Settings for MusherTrack and allow precise location. Recording while the screen is locked also requires background location access.

I cannot sign in

Check the email address and use Forgot password?. A newly created account may require email confirmation first.

How does Group Live work?

Club members can select an active club group directly. People outside the club join with the group code. You control when live location starts and stops.

How do I delete my account?

Open More → My profile → Delete account in the app and confirm with your email address. Deletion is permanent.
